She has served as President of the Board to the non-profit teaching institute of Process Therapy Institute and has founded her own private practice. She has a background in finance and family law and these skills allow her to support high functioning/high performing individuals and their families. Stefanie is adept at using integrative therapies that can also include psychedelic work. “Ketamine-assisted therapy has become a significant part of my practice, and I am thrilled with how effective it has become in helping my clients overcome long-term obstacles to personal growth. My goal is to facilitate a journey of healing, growth, and discovery, and I am committed to supporting each client every step of the way.” Stefanie has three grown children that are established in their own careers as well as a spoiled rotten cat, Romeo and an equally spoiled Frenchy, Alphie. They are considered coworkers and can occasionally make their presence known in the chair in the back of Tele-Health sessions.
Canine

Alphonso Armand Luc the Strong (Alphie)

Alphie insists on dignity with every interaction, with the exception of zoomies, treats, potty breaks and general attention in all forms from the human race.

He is convinced that all other dogs, with the exception of Trixie, (who can do no wrong!) are of a lesser cloth than himself and must be scolded into submission. It is here that he lets out his fierce aggression and is quite concerned that no one takes him seriously.

LMFT

Tali Wolfberg

I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist dedicated to supporting kids, teens, adults, couples, and families as they navigate life’s stressors, transitions, and challenges. Clients come to me for many reasons — anxiety, trauma, parenting struggles, communication issues, or simply a desire for personal growth — and my role is to walk alongside them with compassion.

Clients come to me for many reasons — anxiety, trauma, parenting struggles, communication issues, or simply a desire for personal growth — and my role is to walk alongside them with compassion.

My approach is integrative, direct, creative, and strength-based. I often use narrative and storytelling to help people reframe their experiences, and I bring play therapy into my work with children to support social-emotional development in a way that feels natural and safe. Whether I’m facilitating a parenting group, guiding a couple through difficult conversations, or supporting a child in building social skills, I strive to create a warm, grounded space where healing and growth can happen.

I enjoy witnessing and exploring people’s resilience — holding space for their pain while celebrating their progress. It’s an honor to be part of each client’s journey.

Outside of work, I love cooking and spending time with my family. I also find joy in organizing and tidying (yes, that’s my quirky version of relaxation).
